    subsurf was annoying. so i removed it. front and rear bumper reworks are next bc they were quickly made and messy.

    any advice with polyflow would be appreciated

    Your polyflow looks pretty good, if anything in some places it's a bit low-poly.
    The roof looks a bit janky though. You should also add an edge split modifier, and cut the doors/trunk/hood from the rest of the body.
    But keep in mind i have very little moddeling experience lol.

    Looks good but some spots are overly sharp and low poly. I tend to do this too, just remember you can use an abnormal amount of geometry in places. Also remember that you can set custom bevel profiles in the ctrl b menu, super helpful for making character lines.
