Gavril H-Series and D-Series Rollback Car Haulers not working

Hello. For a long while now I've been having an issue where the H-Series and D-Series Rollback car haulers are broken and don't work at all, but the T-Series and B-Series Rollbacks work fine. I've tried disabling several trailer related mods and uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but nothing worked.
Does anyone know what mod is breaking the Rollbacks?
If someone knows, please reply.

Yes I tried and that did nothing.

 

clear the cache, that should fix it
since its the h and d series ones im guessing its on offroad parts mod or something of the likes

 

Maybe AR612B D-Series?
I always manually clear cache now because that doesn't delete Reshade and waste a lot of time, and I'm pretty sure I cleared cache once when I first found the issue. I just recently reported it here despite having the first encounter with the problem earlier this year.

 

just get rid of them all and reinstall at this point

 

I'll try clearing cache but I doubt that will fix it.
And I have a lot of D-Series mods so... yeah not gonna delete all of them. Idk I might have to do that if cache clear doesn't work.

Clearing cache and disabling AR612B D-Series addon did not fix it.

The Openable windows mod was breaking the rollback car haulers.
