It depends on the mod though, something like lucasbe’s picnic or k series would be worth it, im not to sure this mod is though if im being totally honest.
I used to not like paid mods. If they are high quality, I won't mind paying a few dollars. It has gotten to the point where people are reviewing mods but give credit to the Russian sites.

In the case of Lucasbe, I wouldn't mind paying for his mod. But I'm not going to have what's essentially a recurring subscription to some nobody like this thread creator's patreon begging account. In the case of Bob Blunderton, I wouldn't consider him anywhere close to a patreon beggar. I still want new maps for this game along the ones found in Assetto Corsa like High Force, Santa Monica Mountains, Union Island, but they're no goddamn where to be found. I would be willing to make a one time payment if it meant giving me hours of enjoyment exploring a realistically made new map with the physics of this game, but right now there's close to nothing.
