tutorial on how to drive around with photo mode filters

hello!
i discovered this 'bug' by accident on one of @Car_Killer's maps but its actually pretty cool.
1st step, download car_killer showroomsng
2nd step, go into photomode and pick a filter
3rd step, go out of photomode and walla you have the filter still on
you can also change maps and it still will have the filter.
dont know if this is usefull to anyone but i thought its pretty cool.
To get it back to normal just enter photo mode and it will go back to normal
EDIT: tried in safemode and it is a general bug with the mod

 

ok so is that how you make a filters mode? I mean that when you go to photo mode and choose a filter then close the game (fully) then when you open and select random map and does the filters stays like that? Because I don't have Dof and smooth movement. and also I have one question,,,, How do you make a image with a vehicle moving like this

If you see the tires are moving with that the background is also moving (blured filter) how to do that??

It goes back to normal if you fully close the game

 

You can try doing so by this method, pretty thorough video on how to make blurred shots IMO.
