Are you able to have your engine not started when you start a map or apply changes to your car?

I was playing Beamng earlier and I wanted my car to stay off when I was customizing it, but I cannot find an option for it, can somebody help me out?

 

It resets your car every time you add a part. Simple answer is no, also welcome to the fourms =)

Take the engine out or fuel tank out. It wont be running anymore

 

Engine running is always default. I'm sure they will add an option for this when career comes out.
