engine startup suggestion (SOLVED)

I think you should be able to hold down v to choose how long it takes to start a car.
(or toggle it some other way.)
Just a small feature that I would like in the game

 

You can already kinda do this by unchecking the option of "auto clutch", just pressing V and the vehicle shouldn't start unless you press the * CLUTCH ASSIGNED KEY * ofc.
