Vehicle Config / Environment Menu Camera Problems

I've been experiencing some camera problems on a couple different maps since the most recent major update. It doesn't appear to happen on any vanilla maps, the main ones I have noticed it on are Los Injurus, River Highway, and Bizona (shown below). Whenever I open up the menu for either Vehicle Config or Environment, it moves the camera away from the vehicle and distorts it as shown below. It doesn't freeze the movement and the camera can pan around a bit, but not back to the vehicle. I'm not sure if this is a problem somewhere in my settings or if it's purely a problem with those maps. I tried looking to see if this issue has been posted about before but I couldn't find anything, so I apologize if this is a repeat. Thanks!

This appears to be resolved on all maps in the most recent hotfix (0.24.1.2).
