    The windshield is actually a type of plastic, so no, it doesn't crack. Also, it can come off, but the roof can't!

    This. Its called plexiglass which NASCAR started using in the early and mid 90s. Before NASCAR actually still ran stock windshields which is pretty unsafe. Alittle fun fact too, Plexiglass is illegal on street cars for a couple saftey reasons but are just fine on race cars
