WIP Beta released FSO Polonez aka FPS Trapez 0.3

Maybe I'll show off some custom configs that I've made:

This one I call the "BiedaCaro". It's meant to look like a classy young-timer. It's based off of the '93 1.6 GLI model, but I threw the OT hubcaps on it because I think they look cooler.

The "Bordo". Just a tweaked '93 1.6 GLI that looks more like a standard factory model than a tweaked out young-timer showpiece.

'89 police config with lowered suspension, inspired by this photo:

"Lelvin", basically a drift setup '93 made to look more like an AE86 Levin.

"Srebrzyk", a config loosely based off of photos of a certain MR'93 off of Wikipedia.

The "Robol". Meant to be a beater '93 with mismatched parts and a missing passenger seat for extra storage. For some reason the paint rendering got messed up here and the PatoBieda livery cannot be seen right.

The "Szerszeń". A "Szur" config edit because I didn't like how that one had some artistic liberties on the original design from the cartoon. And I'm still not too happy with it because in the cartoon the front was still from MR'85 but with Caro headlamps sloppily attached to the '85 fascia.

 

Thats because its not Szerszeń. Also its not replica of it, just and inspiration for this crappy missle. Also remember its just a cartoon, where there is no logic in general.

So, my pack is also comming but since its my first mod its gonna be simple for now, later i will add Analog version (lifted truck). So i have to fix some bugs (like transmission being invisible in engines swapped from fwd cars and rally lights not functioning properly) add model and texture to fictional Autobello rally engine (it revs up to 10k) and post it on repo. Heres some screenshots:

 

Well you misunderestimate the capabilities of Polish mechanics, the Szerszeń as it appeared in the cartoon may be made IRL if you find someone stubborn enough.

by the way, I just found this on youtube but I don't read Polish, unfortunately. Isn't this limo from the factory or from a homemade stretch? Would be fun to include it in a future update lmao

Really enjoying the mod btw. So much more refreshing do drive than some meshslap bmw or whatever.

 

From what i remember from this video both were officialy made but polonez was a prototype and th one in the video is a replica

 

It is stated in the first minute of the video. The Polonez is a replica of a prototype, but the 125p is an original Jamnik.

I just now realized that the Coral T-Rusty config is inspired by this Polonez that MotoBieda drove from Poland to Turkey, even the license plate is almost the same, except for the last two characters.
