Not anymore, there was a plugin but it's broken, the best way to do it is through notepad++ or using a jbeam editor, although most of them are more or less broken.
Technically speaking I "think" you can still export a mesh as a .obj file, and then import it into the jbeam editor as node's and beam's... but I DO NOT know what kind of quality will come out the other end. The names might be a royal mess in all honesty and who knows what it will do for formatting.

Yeah, your right, it probably wouldn't be all that much different. As for the plugin, here is the GitHub for it: https://github.com/50thomatoes50/BlenderBeamNGExport I do not know if he plans to bring it all the way up to 3.0. Last time I asked him to update it to 2.8, he did and it worked like a charm, but as you can see, its still at that version today, so I don't know if he plans on bringing it any further.
