Won't spawn because it has a non-unicode character, the é in the name. Change it to normal e.

In-game, press tilde (~) to open the console, look at what it says in red.

Weird because it works for me (if it's supposed to be just a renamed Bastion body with no visible changes)

The question is what you expected:
    upload_2022-1-31_13-1-25.png
    upload_2022-1-31_13-1-34.png
It's the exact same as the normal unibody.

If you changed the Jbeam, it won't automatically change the entire 3D model...

It doesn't work like that either, you need to change them separately

You should make the 3D model first and then adapt the Jbeam to it, not the other way round. Then use debug tools to see if the Jbeam lines up with the new model.

now you might understand why i only make automation mods. This is such a chore.
    so
    1. make the model
    2. adapt the jbeam
    3. check if it alligns (probably not with my skill)

Nobody is forcing you to do it, you just want to do it.
Your basically making “chores” for yourself. If you dont want to do it dont do it.
