The Ferrari 458 Italia used such a system too, with two horizontal elastic flaps in the nose that flex under the air pressure above a certain speed threshold. Very nice idea, not to be excluded as well!
Chevy never made a V10 truck engine. Instead, they used their 7.4l Vortec big block V8 and later the 8.1l V8. Gavril uses a 6.9l big block V8 for their 3/4- and 1-ton trucks so there really wouldn't be a use for a V10. The 6.9l V8 and a V10 would serve the same purpose.
Also yeah V10 is good option for D Series since it.... uhmmmmmmm....... Repeats RAM? --- Post updated --- Also nice truck
While no IRL companies had both a big block and a V10 at the same time, I wouldn't mind it for Gavril. Maybe as another thing to differentiate the luxury configs as they don't have enough different about them atm IMO. Or maybe stick the V10 in the 25/35 and keep the V8 to the 15... Any semi-reasonable excuse for a Gavril V10 would be good for me.
I mean, they made it into a 3d model, so I'd say that gives it a pretty high likelihood of going in-game. On that note, can anyone tell if the lighting is in game or a blender render? I'd assume blender, but who knows, it may be farther along than this post leads us to believe.
Wow, no words to describe this art... Congratulations for your drawing skills. Probably (in my opinion) the side vents will be bigger.
I believe a V10 could be part of the Gavril Pick-Up Truck engines list if it's larger than the largest V8, which is the 6.9/423 V8. If it's a 7.5 V10 (for example), then it's feasible. There's also another solution: if Bruckell makes a newer Full-Size Pick-Up Truck (like esesel's 'Bastion' concept was). It could have a list of the following engines: 3.5 V6 for the Base 1500 model 5.7 V8 optional for the Base 1500 model and standard for the Sport 1500 model 6.5 V8 (Naturally Aspirated) standard for the Luxe 1500/Base 2500/Sport 2500/Luxe 2500 models and also standard (and this time complete with a Stage-3 Supercharger) for some special models in the style of the RAM TRX 7.5 V10 for the Heavy-Duty 3500/Heavy-Duty Luxe 3500 models For adding a Diesel option in the list, I believe an Inline-6 Turbodiesel (say a 6.6) can be added as an option to the Base 2500/Luxe 2500/Heavy-Duty 3500/Heavy-Duty Luxe 3500 models Now that I think of it, it's more feasible for the Bruckell brand since Gavril already has a plenty large V8 option for not needing a V10 and also because Gavril already has a Turbodiesel V8 as a Diesel option.
I've been really torn on my thoughts for a modern pickup ever since the Bastion came out... While I do think an Ibishu pickup like the Tundra/Titan would be better for variety, the fact that we have the Bruckell 6.5 allows the perfect opportunity for a TRX/Raptor... A config like that would be out of character for a Japanese truck while the modern off road performance niche is another big one we are missing.
Because new car time for my mandatory police vehicle speculation. Obviously a modern Civetta would get a Polizia di Stato variant based on their Gallardos/Huracans, likely based on the standard model. However, since most maps in Beam are American, an American version would be good to have too, perhaps based on a higher trim level. If this new car has some extremely rare, fast and expensive special edition, while a police version wouldn't be realistic, it sure would be fun.
That's exactly what I thought. The Bruckell 6.5 V8 is a very competent engine and, with the addition of the Stage-3 Supercharger helping it produce 819hp and 1100+Nm, it turns into a force of nature. Also, the modern Off-Road performance niche is indeed missing from the game and it's also got crossover extensions (for example, some Tograc S 350Q/410Q Arsenic versions with the Inline-5 could exist and also a modern - and larger than the Tograc - ETK SUV with the same Twin-Turbo V8 we've been talking about for some time now for the 800-Series could exist too). Apart from the 6.5 Stage-3 Supercharged V8 'TRX' though, a 'TRX' version with the 3.5 V6 with the Stage-3 Twin Turbos could exist at the same time, for covering both high-performance Full-Size Pick-Up Truck niches (like Ford is gonna do with the new F150 Raptor, which will offer both the 3.5TT V6 and a V8). And for pushing the envelope even more, here's another idea: making a third 'TRX' version added to the proposed 3.5 Stage-3 Twin-Turbocharged V6 and 6.5 Stage-3 Supercharged V8 'TRX' versions but with a highly-tuned 7.5 V10! This V10, made of aluminium for the 'TRX', could also make for an interesting Bastion Battlehawk Redtail V10 swap! So a full lineup of such versions could exist! 3.5 Stage-3 Twin-Turbocharged V6 6.5 Stage-3 Supercharged V8 7.5 highly-tuned V10 (Naturally Aspirated with the Stage-2 Performance Long Block and the Race Intake? Maybe, since each one of the aforementioned 3.5 V6 and 6.5 V8 versions already covers one type of forced induction!) How's that?
So I'm guessing that Civetta is more of an entry level Supercar. something like the 488 and the Huracan. Either a Twin turbo V8 or a V10. Gonna guess V10 as we have none in game.
I actually think it'd be pretty sweet if we got a techy hybrid supercar, similar to like the i8, P1, 918, etc.
