What kind ? beamNG is very cpu-heavy so it might be the problem. Also, when it turns off, is there a blue screen, an error message or anything ?

The troubleshooting is usually pretty straight forward.
Run some software which can monitor your temperatures, do they exceed maximum just before crash? = That's your issue.
Temperature fine? Check event viewer crash logs, see if they tell anything.
If Event Viewer does not specify info along with the crash (eg. it just says shutdown unexpected), it is most likely a failing PSU.

There are plenty of programs that can tell you what components are in the computer you're using right now. One of the programs that can do that is Speccy.

If you were overclocking the CPU, chances are the PSU might not be able to handle the additional load. Also, consider cleaning the cooling system from dust while replacing the thermal paste - this should allow the CPU to run cooler while under load, since the airflow will be much improved.
