Its easy, take the rear of the bolide and front wheels of the bolide and put them onto the chassis of a d15

 

But I can't mod at all xD

 

you can littraly do it all ingame,
Spawn a d15 and a bolide, take the wheels and the rear part of the car of the bolide off, take the cab off the d15, use freecam to put the bolide on the d15
