outbacks never got hubcaps, they all had alloys, base or not. The 2004 model year had updated alloys from the 2000-2002 iirc
yea lol those are base alloys plus those calipers have long since been replaced lol thats an old pic, that car has a long f'ed up story lol --- Post updated --- im also in Canada so my "base model" is actually the "cold weather package" however here thats the lowest trim you can get
i'm owning jdm 4th gen legacy with rays b20 so if you get interested i'll give some fresh shots(not at my place rn).she isn't in best shape but can be nice model for you also waiting patiently for more updates about new progresses and so on.
