well i think the moonhawk needs a remaster the most, here are my suggestions for new stuff for da moonhawk! revamped interiors (currently looks like poop ) more configs and revised configs and lastly, improvements on the cars body!
The only evidence of upcoming stuff we have so far are the unused police, race, offroad, drag and rally parts, and also the Bastion engines being set up to be used in another car in the future
The Sunburst was left out deliberately, it's a much older car than the other modern ones, so the super modern things don't quite make sense there.
It wouldn't really make too much sense, unless we're talking about new generation. Also, I think we have enough new cars.
It will, sometime. We just have to be patient! But it certainly needs T-Top and Convertible bodies! --- Post updated --- True that, you're right.
You know how I said this! There were some things I didn't think of and he filled my knowledge gaps about them!
idk about a new generation, but maybe a 2012 facelift would be nice. i doubt it's coming though, they're probably working on another car like the Barstow for the next remaster.
Realistically, a compact sedan would have gotten a redesign for 2012MY. The Civic and Corolla were new for 2011MY and 2012MY respectively, and the Impreza was given a completely new generation for the 2012MY. The segment was incredibly competitive at the time, so the Sunburst would have a new generation and grow in size to keep up with its competitors. The issue now would be that it'd be too similar to the Vivace in terms of being a FWD/AWD compact car.
keep in mind though, the D-series got a new generation in 1985, a time when the big 3 kept making 10+ year-old trucks, and it stuck around until 2003, when they had all updated theirs earlier, so it's not unreasonable for the sunburst to get an-out of era facelift. the deciding factor seems moreso to be whether or not a car would realistically get a facelift at all, for example most generations of camry/accord get released, made for about 5 years as they are, then completely superceded by an entire new generation, and thus neither of the pessimas will get facelifts. similarly, BMW and mercedes models from the 90s didn't get facelifts either, so the I-series will likely remain as-is (though it might get a USDM variant like the bolide).
yeah but why a concept one? wouldn't it be better to get a regular one? there's not a lot you can do with a concept
