I've been considering a "limited" cars & parts free version as the current version uploaded on here is 2 years old, barely usable but some people still do use it. Non derby guys don't really know or have use for all the in-depth parts. I just haven't decided how I want to do it yet.

Been a while since I've given you all a glimpse into the virtual derby world.
The most recent vehicle added was a 1965 Chrysler Imperial - some of you may be familiar with these cars as the vehicle that is commonly banned from derbies across the country for being too dominant. In recent years, they have been reintroduced into many shows - jury is still out on how good they actually are in a modern setting!

A little bit about the development of this car. This is a full frame, leafed, torsion suspension vehicle. From a jbeam standpoint, it is the most unique vehicle I've worked on, but am very happy with its release. As always, I'm still tweaking and adjusting vehicles to bend like their real life counterparts, but these cars are currently performing well in the online scene.

If you're curious about what is being worked on next - I'm currently remastering more old work of mine. Crown Vics are being completely redone, and can expect to be released next. My work on these cars from 2+ years ago is drastically lacking compared to my current work, so I'm excited to get these cars back on track.

There is currently not much demand for compact classes - it's a possibility down the road though.

the modelling and texturing looks quite low quality, just saying.

also why do the newer versions not have the parts for the base game cars like the burnside and whatnot.

Better performance I'd guess, they're usually rather large multiplayer games.

I'm sorry you feel that way. May I ask what you don't like about it?

I removed those parts because they were 2-3 years outdated and no longer representative of my current work, or of the real world sport.

Update - As you can see from the post above, I've updated the repo version after 2 years of development on Patreon. The free version includes 3 of the bodies in RDP (73 Impala, 76 Chrysler, and 98-02 Crown Vic), I hope everyone enjoys them

Here's some other news on what I've been up to since last time I posted here - I've added a wagon body variant to the 76' Chrysler New Yorker, and done a ground-up rework of the 98-02 Ford Crown Vics and 76 Oldsmobiles. A large part of my goal this summer has been removing old, outdated work & models from over the years and replacing them with work more up to speed with my current standards. Below are some pictures of all of these new bodies!

Hey, appears to be working, have you cleared cache? And no duplicate versions? (I assume not if you only have repo version)

Could you maybe make a tutorial on how to make custom skins for the derby cars?

Such a busy summer :) 3 new cars and a much needed remake of the '74 Cadillac. Here's some random pictures from over the last few months.
