0.19 Humble bundle?

I have BeamNG via Humble bundle, I've just logged in but the most recent download is still 0.18, idk if its just me or something tho

 

I don't mean to bump a year-old thread, but why does it take so ridiculously long to get the latest game update via Humble Bundle? The current update available on HB is already 12 days old, and the latest game update has been out for nearly a week and isn't available on Humble Bundle. It says on the wiki that updates should be pushed to Humble Bundle in a matter of hours from release, maybe a day. It's been 5 days.

I'm basically asking; does it take super long recently because...

A: BeamNG themselves aren't pushing the updates to HB with any sense of urgency,

B: BeamNG already pushed the update a couple hours after release and Humble Bundle just hasn't updated their page yet,

C: it's all just because it's around Christmas-time and things are slow anyway?



It never used to take this long, it was maybe 2 days late, recently it's been 7+ days. I realize I'm just whining, but I am genuinely curious why it's been taking so long the last few updates.

 

one of the devs recently mentioned they exceeded the size limit for HB and that the update process got a lot more complicated, resulting in updates taking longer

 

Ah, that makes a lot of sense... I was wondering why it suddenly jumped from like a day or 2 to 7+ days in one update... if the update was a tad bigger than previously and it just crossed a limit, that makes sense.


Oh well, guess I gotta keep waiting lol.

 

This is what happened last time. I'm surprised there haven't been more complaints about this issue (wondering how much people have the game thru HB). Anyway, the file size exceeded 10GB and therefore doesn't updates 'automatically' on HB's side, according to BeamNG devs.

(What a strange way to run a professional server (looking at HB) and have a months long issue regarding upload size from clients, but yeah.. anyway..)​

 

So wait, the file is correct, but the listed version string is wrong? So it says the version is still old when it's actually current? I'm gonna go check it right now lol

EDIT AGAIN: It's finally out now. only 10 days late, not the end of the world. Double lol
