The game should be ok. You have the right specs for the game.

it should be smooth with your specs but advice from BeamNG is here - System Requirements (beamng.com)

Yes, the game should run fine with these specs...but why on earth do you have 24GB of RAM on this system?
Instead of spending your money on that much RAM, you should have gotten an SSD...which would drastically improve the PCs usability...

I use a hard disk and it loads just fine.

A 1050ti is a very low power card, so with the new PBR stuff expect it to run on normal settings, and nothing much more. 24 gigs of ram is a very good amount, as 16 starts to get tight with this game. The 1400 is fine.

1.Then you have never experienced a SSD...if you use a HDD as a Main Drive, you miss out on A LOT of overall "snappiness" of your system...
Look at any modern PC...there is a reason why they all have at least something like a 250GB SSD for a Main Drive...HDDs are just getting too slow for modern Windows Builds...
2.What are you even talking about? 16GB of RAM is absolutely Plenty for Gaming...
I have 16GB of RAM and I play BeamNG with a little over 200 mods and Automation at the same time (I create a car and immediately test it in BeamNG to correct/improve some stuff on it that I can directly try) and have my Minecraft Server (around 3GB) run in the background and my 16GB are absolutely fine...the most I have ever seen in usage is 14.2GB...any more than 16GB is overkill unless you do some heavy video editing etc...

I have a 970 evo, an SSD that does 3.6gb/s read speeds. Loading in beamng is identical to my 6tb hard disk I've checked.

I used to play beamng with 16gb of ram and only about 10 mods and it capped almost constantly. I guess it depends on the use case.

Well I have the same drive (look at my signature) and when I upgraded to it from my 2TB Seagate HDD it was a completely different life...just like when I look at SSD vs HDD comparison Videos on YT...so yeah...idk why it doesn't do much of a difference for you
