Civetta Bolide

So idk now. On what care the Bolide is based now?
Strada maybe 037 Stradale or maybe stratos
Some configs look like the Lamborghini Jalpa or Silhouette,some look like ferraris,so idk now someone help me

 

It is based of a car... Italian to be specific... with wheels and V8...

 

Exactly, the 320 GTT configs have some Lamborghini Silhouette/Jalpa influences on them and the 350/390 GT ones have their share of Ferrari 308/328 GTB/GTS influences. The Group 4 cars look a bit like the Lancia 037 and the Group 5 car (my favorite of the new variants by a small margin, since all of them are amazing) is inspired by the Group 5 cars, the Ferrari F40 and the IMSA race cars!
The Devs have done an amazing job once again!

 

This, plus the z-fighting hood and jbeam interference at the back of the Strada, all needs to be fixed. The Strada is 100% my favorite variant but these little details trigger my OCD so hard

The Bolide also needs a meaner name, how about the Venatore, as well as a 320 GTR Stradale

 

The Bolide name is just fine. Best leave the Venatore name for a successor to the Bolide.
A Bolide 320 GTR Stradale would be nice though!

 

"Venatore" is an obsolete term, it wouldn't really sound all that mean in Italian...

If anything, I would opt for its latin equivalent, Venator...

 

It literally means fast or fireball, it suits it very well.

"Bolide" is a non-scientific astronomic term, it roughly translates as "bullet" and designates fast-burning, exploding meteors.

By extension, it became a pretty common term to describe exceptionally fast and noisy vehicles.

 

Bugatti literally called their new car the Bolide so its a pretty apt name for a fast car.

 

We need a breadvan, look at that space crying out for a shooting brake body.

 

A mid-engined breadvan! This should be good!

 

Too easy for tires to clip the fender flares



Standard rear body conflicts with rally rear quarter panel jbeam, causing slight deformation



GTT hood is too wide for standard front fenders - looks fine when stationary but has z-fighting along the edges when in motion. Consider either adding a narrow GTT hood or a one-piece front cover including the hood and fenders



Targa roof panel twitches when damaged

Not shown: front quarter glass has strange shading.

Fixing these little details would go a long way - I have reported these issues in the past but nobody seems to have noticed.

 

One more wrong detail: the 350 Club Racer has the Stock Intake instead of the Race Intake.

Also, the 3.5 and 3.9 V8s have Race Exhaust Manifolds as standard but there's no Race Exhaust to complement them and to end under the Tailcone. There's only the Rally Exhaust and you have to put the Rally Tailcone for it to work.

 

I don't think they must be renamed to stock manifolds because the Bolide's engines (and the Bolide in general) are supposed to be coming from a brand with rich racing palmares and the Stock Exhaust is only there for street legality reasons, which is perfectly fine with me.
I just say that a Quad-pipe Race Exhaust with the tailpipes coming under the Standard Tailcone (like what the Bolide had before its remastering) would complement the Race Exhaust Manifolds better than if someone had the Bolide 350/390 GT, wanted to put the Rally Exhaust and should remove the Tailcone or replace it with the Rally one.

 

Two more wrong details!

1) The 320 GTR Group 5 has no USDM GTR Nosecone Lights and Taillights/Tailcone Lights, although the 'Bolide Remastered' video shows it featuring them.
2) The Bolide 390 GT versions have unusually slow 0-100kph times written in their cards (the 350 models have a 5.8sec 0-100km/h, so, naturally, the 390 GT models should be a bit quicker than that). Also, for some reason, the USDM 350 versions have a 5km/h lower top speed (249km/h vs 254km/h of the Euro-spec models), despite them weighing only 5kg more.

 

Yet another wrong detail! The 350 Club Racer has the Lightweight Left Door Panel and the stock Right Door Panel. Since it's got the Lightweight Interior, it's best to also have both Lightweight Door Panels.

 

I have been reporting these same three issues over and over and apparently there is no interest in fixing them.

 

the hotfix hasn't come yet, there are a lot of other things to fix like memory leaks and most of the time devs don't say that they've seen the issue, but they fix it.
