weird noise when i start up the game in 0.24.1.1

when i start up the game in 0.24.1.1 it makes a weird sound similar to the menu sound
please help.

 

Is it like repetitous? Have you got any mods installed?

 

i solved the issue: uninstalled adrenaline amd driver, then restarted pc, then went into device manage and uninstalled graphics adapter and checked the box. Finally i went to windows update to get the latest amd driver and replce the microsoft basic display adapter, restarted and got solved
