mod problem

    so i want to make a mod about this custom configuration i made in the game but when i drag the config file into the file upload place it just says: The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension. how do i fix this?

    ok so i only have a local disc but i found the documents page, i went inside then went to beamng-vehicles i've selected pigeon but my custom config isn't there, but if i go to files it is there i tried dragging it into the resource page but it still said
    :The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension.

    maybe i can try dragging it into the documents first then uploading it?
