So I have thought of making a Belasco PD skin. This skin is based on the south san fransicso police department skin. here it is. I have 0 experience. This is my first mod. Plans are: grand marshal skin high speed option (6.9 V8 heavy duty long block and engine mounts and stage 2 supercharger) slicktop. Also gonna make a roamer variant. This is VERY early stages. (I have very little time to make this and mostly done by christmas)
