Update Speculation thread

Yeah. Nothing too big, but I remember, for example, the ultra high performance radiator for the Wendover and the rear wing for the LeGran Wagon. These came in hotfixes, if I remember correctly.

Yeah the only thing they share is the name, btw the Cinquecento is much smaller than the Covet, it's closer in size to the Ibishu Chisai mod

 

Hotfix? Now? Why not just shove it into part 2 of the update? Can't be that much time in-between them

Part 2 this week maybe? Certainly looks like it.

 

Because some of the bugs may make the game unplayable, and for all we know the second part of 0.24 could be slated for release on December 24th, meaning any bug fixes would also have to wait until the 24th to be released.

 

QA stable was updated 6 minutes ago, so third time today.

It's 7:51pm at BeamNG headquarters right now so I think that's safe to assume.

 

No idea if you lot are still speculating about 0.24 but I was thinking if we would get a Sunburst remaster soon, considering it feels a bit outdated compared to the current cars, maybe even a better rally config based on some of the cars on WRC, ARA, and others, like the Subaru USA Impreza.

I don't think it will be today or even tomorrow. The devs told us that we will get at least one hotfix before the update with the Bastion (and possibly the Bolide remaster). But, if everything goes right, it will be released either later this week or next week, since they plan on doing it before Christmas.

 

One of these were the civetta center locks, right ? They will probably come with the bolide.

However they're HTML textures which is weird if you ask me, maybe this hints toward separate mirror reflections or even a camera used for every mirror that also shows the car?

 

Sweet. Is this coming with the Bastion or do we have to wait for 3 months or so for it to come in the next update? I don't mind waiting.

 

Looks sexy. One thing that bothers me a little bit. Shouldn't the suspension be raised even more for a rally car?

 

By the looks of it those are sport tires, it might be an asphalt version.
