Random blurry rectangle

Not sure how that came to exist, but restarting the game fixed it, I will report if it happens again!
(No mods, no 3rd party tools of any type, I was going to run in safe mode, but decided to just restart the game instead, which fixed it)
Hopefully it's a 1 off visual anomaly

I lost my glasses... someone help!

 

I started the game, went to change the song playing and respond to messages on Discord. I believe it happened when I was out of the game, but the rectangle happened just after I edited my car. Im not sure how to make it happen again since it hasn't happened yet.

 

I am having the same issue. It literally just appeared when I started the game and got into a map. Can't figure out how I caused it or how to get rid of it either. It just appeared.. So weird.

Edit: I just restarted the game and it went away on it's own. How weird! I think it was caused by the vehicle spawn menu. It blurs behind the filters popup and I think it just didn't go away when I closed the menu. That is my assumption.

 

Im having the same issue too. I wanted to click on a tab in the menu.
And then all i got was this blurry thing on left and i wasnt able to get rid of it.

 

I believe that the blurry rectanges are caused by the escape menu. I haven't had the issue of the blurred areas coming up and not going away, but I have noticed that areas of the screen are blurred after I click escape, but before the escape menu actually loads.
