These are now removed as of 0.24.0.1. This pretty much confirmed that they were not supposed to be released.
They managed to make it look very American here in my opinion ! It's not as sophisticated as European/Korean cars. It anyway, I do think that this car may receive something like a facelift : the version we see could be the 2017-2021 one, and we'd got a 2021-202* variant with a more modern style !
I'm so happy the Pessima was remastered. If the Bolide still isn't next, then I'm really hoping the next one the devs revamp is the Moonhawk. I quite like the Moonhawk and would love to see maybe an official early-eighties facelift or sedan variant. That, or the Covet, which is the firstest BeamNG car to not receive the remaster treatment so far, although both received "tweaks" in update 0.16 that I could not similarly identify for the 200BX, another one of the Pre-race Update cars that could use a remaster as well. But this time I'm looking at the Moonhawk for an update.
Thats...the single most ridiculous thing ive ever heard XD Who gets "overwhelmed with content". smh, When italy and the autobello were introduced (best update ever). People werent like "wOaH tHeReS a NeW cAr AND mAP, tOo MuCh cOnTeNt, iTs OvErWheLmInG" its just not how that works at all :/ Lets face it, part 1 and 2 should have been released at the same time to avoid all this, there would be less bugs, more content and they should have left the UI design alone.
The only way to release part 1 and 2 together is to delay 0.24 release until part 2 is ready. I much prefer to have some amount of new content right now and some later than to wait an unknown amount of time to get a bigger batch of content.
Though if it means content in part 1 has more time to go through testing and quality control then i'd rather wait. I'd rather have finished content later than unfinished content earlier.
Apart from issues with the UI (which I still consider an improvement overall, even with bugs), I haven't met any bugs or broken stuff.
I have noticed that my game is a lot slower over all. The new UI is interesting, but not very polished.
I guess there's gonna be a Hellcat like variant of the Bruckell Bastion. damn that engine would definitely go well in alot of vehicles as an engine swap.
I think everyone should take it easy, talking to the ones who are "disappointed" in the lack of content in new update. I imagine the UI/MAP update itself is something that could take great time to actually make, so it isn't a tiny thing that it might seem to others. They have already stated a holiday update will be released which will include the brand new car among other things. I imagine it will have a great amount of things in it. About bugs, there will never be an update without any bug, sorry to say. Also talk about looking for issues lol, it seems like many of you guys get into the update with a vision of finding all the bad parts of it. I really don't understand that part.
Look. there were gonna replace the UI soon always. I agree that the new UI should taken more time to polish and finish. However. I don't want the Old UI design back. I think The UI was aright but could have been better with more time.
UI is mostly about personal preference. So, there is no wonder people have problems with it as they can't get used to it or it is buggy. I find it wayyyy better than it ever was. Finally no lag, nearly 100% smooth transitions to different things, less clicks and ieverything is more polish. Definitely not without minor bugs like the radial circle, missing AI settings in the esc menu (i find that crucial becuase that is almost the only reason I'm using radial menu & AI apps are just too big), the UI apps cannot be scaled like before (it doesn't responds), the traffic tool doesn't minimise itself.
I think I prefer the old ui, I just wish it was faster. Then again, when you have something for 5 years you start to like it. (I also prefer the old loading screens too) This ui is muuuuuch faster though.
Pessima revamp is a bit buggy, all light bars except police are broken, spotlights don't work, there are stretched and mirrored textures, etc. But I'm impressed by this car overall, it's the only one so far where interior sound deadening is affected by the parts equipped. Try removing all the seats and door panels, it will be noticably louder, that is really cool!
Indeed, I personally would like someone to make a mod with the old ui, just for the nostalgia. (if it dose't break the whole game of course)
That’s not possible because mods aren’t allowed to change game files. --- Post updated --- Hopefully part 2 addresses some of the performance problems on Radeon, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it takes much longer. Sounds like a pretty difficult thing to fix
