How do I spawn AI cars?

    I'm used to the last update, pressing esc, going to AI and spawning AI in, though in the latest update because of the UI change I just can't seem to find where I can spawn AI?
    If anyone knows how I can spawn AI in please tell me

    Radial menu is now controlled by a separate binding. Make sure to follow these steps:
    1. Make sure the top bar menu is closed
    2. Make sure you press the correct key ("E" by default)
    3. If the steps above don't work, you have to reload the UI with F5 and repeat steps 1 and 2
