Unsolved Old tires and wheels have no texture.

Sup, so my old tires are white and the weathered/old wheels are just showing no textures. I tried to turn off few old configurations mods but these werent any help.
Does anybody know what mod could it be?

 

Try disabling all mods, if that doesn't work try to Deep cache cleaning or Standard cache cleaning

 

It works, tho i was asking if someone knows what mod it is. (Like the brz)

 

Oh... I don't really know what the mod is

 

Yeah i will probably just move them to folder and add them in parts.
