so i constantly build and build, model and edit all day. so today and a bit of last night i got frustrated with my chevelle so i started a new project. its a 92 toyota hilux. yes iv modelled everything but the bracket that holds the lower arms in the front... that was modelled by gabester. the engine is just a mock up for positioning it will eventually have a twin turbo ls7 for the trophy truck, 400 small block for the homemade offroad and a toyota 22re for the stock truck. what will be in this mod: 1.stock 2 door 2.home made offroad 2 door 3.trophy truck how much done: exterior-75% ish interior-5% tires-100%- they are generak tire grabbers v1 mechanical-60% ish i will be using an already made jbeam since thats what i always do and im a lazy bastered and dont feel like learning jbeam. please leave tips and ideas

Re: 92 toyota hilux trophy and offroad truck yea im gonna try but idk the stock version i wanna do some heavy detailing and the home made offroad truck is gonna take some time since i want it to be organic. - - - Updated - - - hahaha thats the exact same truck im modelling but i havent finished the front bumper yet. its a nice truck to modele cuz its fairly smooth and anything thats not is still realy easy to replicate.

Re: 92 toyota hilux trophy and offroad truck never abandon a toyota hahah no i wont and never will. iv bin working today and yesterday so ill post the pics right now - - - Updated - - - more work done yesterday and today, finished the front bumper, made some aero dynamic adjustments to hood and front fenders, moched up the interior and dont be upset about the motor cuz its not the actuall one thats going in its just my chevelles 454 for positioning and making the custom exhaust. and btw the paint is of the original toyota bfgoodrich team
Re: 92 toyota hilux trophy and offroad truck some more work in the last few days. finally finished the twin turbo ls7 for the trophy truck. working on the tranny for it and the mounts it will be placed on. it will have around 800hp since the avarage for a v8 in a trophy truck is 750 to 850. and yes i know trophy trucks are all naturally aspirated i just thought putting a little twist would be fun.
Re: 92 toyota hilux trophy and offroad truck HELP!!! so as you can see its a twin turbo l27.... i dont know how to make it so that the turbo is a seperate part but adds power to the engine. if there is or isnt a way plz tell me.

Re: 92 toyota hilux update so iv worked on the stock version for a bit got the rims, frame, bed and rear suspension worked out. front fascia and lights are all finished.

Whereas if youve seen top gear they proved the hilux is invincible! Anyway that aside Im really hyped up for this one i love the hilux and i think your doinjg a great job!
