Realistic Crashes (BeamNG)

Case: fall, July 20th 2021.

Description: a truck driving along a narrow hilltop road fell down and crushed a parked car below.

Injuries: miraculously, none.

Vehicles involved: 2012 Utility Truck 8x8, 2021 Cherrier Tograc, 2014 Hirochi Sunburst, 2020 Cherrier Vivace.

Location: Castelletto, Italy.

Aftermath: in trying to lower the truck to the ground, two more cars were damaged, as was a building the cars were parked in front of. An investigation by local authorities is ongoing, but they have hinted that the outcome may be size restrictions for vehicles operating in the town.

"Showoff Surprise"

Case: Wheel falling off leads to rollover, June 27th, 2021

Description: After a small car show at AJ's Auto Repairs ended, Erik Gibson, a 27 year old mechanic, was pulling out of AJ's parking lot and decided to put his foot down to test the brand new set of turbos he installed in his squatted truck. Once he hit fourth gear and his truck's turbos put out as much boost as they could, Erik's truck hit a pothole, causing all of the wheel studs on his front right tire to shear off and the wheel to fly off the truck, narrowly avoiding a parked 200BX. Erik's truck then began to slide sideways back into AJ's parking lot, and once it hit the dirt, rolled completely over before settling on it's wheels.

Injuries: Erik had a few cuts from the window breaking and it's glass shards flying into the cab, along with a minor case of whiplash, but fully recovered about a month later.

Vehicles involved: Modified 2002 Gavril D25 Crew Cab Diesel

Location: Utah, USA.

Aftermath: Paramedics were soon called, and Erik was taken to the nearest hospital. Erik's D25 was deemed totalled by a insurance company, but that didn't stop him from taking it to a out of town body shop, were it was eventually fully repaired, and after being thoroughly inspected, was re-insured. The D25 was eventually un-squatted, being put on racing suspension, repainted dark purple, and used as a drag truck frequently at the West Coast drag strip.

Case: Reckless driving ended in a pile-up, 20th August 2000

Cars Involved: 1985 ETK A-Series Diesel, 1989 ETK 2000ix, 1992 Brutto Grander BXTM6 4X4 Pickup, 1994 Ibishu 200BX Facelift Type 2, 1982 Bruckell Legran AeroSport S Facelift

Description: Alberto, an old driver, went to seaside with its ETK A-Series, but during the trip, risked 3 accidents, and last accident, the fourth, was fatal for him. He suffered Alzheimer since 1992, and 3 years before death, suffered a little accident with his previous car, an old and rusty Ibishu Pessima. So, he bought ETK A-Series. But that day, he took wrong way, starting a reckless drive for almost 2 km. At last, his car had a front-end crash with ETK I-Series, starting then a chain reaction...

Injures: Driver of ETK A-Series Died immediately, I-Series' driver died in hospital, for serious injuries. Grander driver and passenger are unharmed, Legran and 200BX suffered minor injuries.

Case: pileup, January 2nd 2006.

Description: a stolen car broke down while driving at high speed down the autostrada, losing control. Two of the three occupants managed to get out of the road before a speeding car smashed into theirs, followed by several more which could not stop in time for various reasons.

Injuries: the remaining passenger in the stolen car was killed on impact. The driver of the Bitron that hit it also perished. Two people in an ETK received minor injuries but were able to walk away despite having hit the stolen car at nearly 130km/h.

Vehicles involved: 1992 Ibishu Covet DXi, 2004 Bitron B2, 1996 ETK W-Series, 1992 Ibishu 200BX, 2005 Gavril H15.

Location: Italy.

Aftermath: the only vehicle which could drive away was the van. No charges were brought against anyone except the car thieves- the two who survived were charged with theft and the driver with dangerous driving and criminal damage.

Case: Road rage incident, 23rd march 2000.

Description: At around 13:00 ( 1:00pm ) a Ibishu Covet driver and Gavril D-series driver had a road rage that turned in a 3 vehicle accident, the Ibishu Covet driver was not allowed to merge onto
The highway earlier on. The reason for this is because the Gavril D-series was blocking the merging lane, the Ibishu Covet driver then catched up to the Gavril D-series driver and cut
him off multiple times on purpose. After multiple cut offs, the Ibishu Covet driver crashed into the side of the Gavril D-series. The force made the D-series swerve into the guardrail
and then back into the Covet, causing the Covet to slam into the gaurdrail and loosing it's wheel. A ETK I-series driver was driving close behind. When he saw the
accident happen, he slammed on his brakes and swerved out of the path of the Covet. Nearly crashing into the Covet, while swerving. The I-series crashed into the side of the D-series,
Both the I-series and D-series drivers pulled over.

Injuries: The ETK I-series driver was slighty injured, just some bruises and tiny cuts. The Gavril D-series driver didn't get injured, the Ibishu Covet driver slammed his head
on the steeringwheel. Wearing no seatbelt, the Covet driver suffered severe brain injuries and is never going to be fully capable of doing tasks by himself.

Vehicles involved:
1996 Gavril D-series, 1993 ETK I-Series, 1989 Ibishu Covet.

Location: Italy, Italian highway.

Aftermath: The Covet was a total-los, the driver was uninsured.
So the D-series and I-series drivers had to get their insurance to sort it out,
both the D-series and I-series are repairable.

Sudden Lane Change, ETK W, Fatal accident occurred February 25th, 2021, in So Cal-Nevada Interstate, USA:

- Analysis:
The driver and passenger started their trip from the local airport, the destination of the trip could not be determined during the investigation. At around 1823 EST, the vehicle was approaching slow moving traffic over a bridge, multiple witnesses traveling from the opposite direction observed the vehicle at high speed, this was followed by a sudden, sharp swerve to the right. The vehicle disappeared from the view but an impact sound was heard. A bus driver who was stopped at the start of the bridge reported that he saw the ETK appear in his right mirror, the vehicle was traveling to the far side and impacted the bridge wall. There was no post crash fire.

Examination of the vehicles revealed that there were no anomalies consistent with a preimpact failure or malfunctions. First responders reported that both occupants were wearing their seatbelts when they arrived on the scene, but they eventually succumbed to their injuries.

A study of the driver's history showed he was familiar with the accident location and overall highway layouts. The driver had a single speeding ticket which was outside the state. It was issued sometime in mid March 2019.

Toxicology testing performed on the driver at the Forensic Sciences Laboratory was negative for carbon monoxide, ethanol, and drugs

It is most likely that the driver was unaware of the slow/stopped traffic ahead of him, he swerved to the right in order to avoid hitting any vehicles, and during this sequence, he attempted to return to the lane, but the combination of speed and confusion meant that this was impossible to do, which led to the car striking the fence.

- Probable Cause:

• The driver's sudden lane change/swerve. Contributing to the accident was the high speed of the ETK vehicle and the slow/stopped traffic at the accident scene.

- Preliminary Info:
On February 25th, 2021, at around 1823 eastern standard daytime, an ETK W vehicle, owned and operated by the driver, was destroyed when it crashed into a bridge wall in the southern CA-NV Interstate area. The certified driver and one passenger were fatally injured. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident.

Multiple witnesses reported that the car was traveling at high speed and swerved to the right and impacted the wall in order to avoid stopped traffic. An on scene examination of the vehicle revealed that there were no anomalies consistent with a preimpact failure or malfunctions. The vehicles was transported to a secure facility for further examination.

The High-jacked Bus.

West-coast, USA.

16th june 1992.

In the early afternoon of the 16th of june 1992, a city bus was high-jacked by 4 guys wearing all black clothing and ski masks.

After coming onto the bus, 2 of the high-jackers secretly placed a bomb on the bus that would go off if the bus driver did not do what the high-jackers told him to do.
All the passengers were let out in a remote area not far out from the city, they have been held save by local authorities.
The high-jackers wanted to go to Utah-USA, and threated the bus driver if he did not drive the bus to Utah-USA. They would activate the bomb.

Not long after letting the passengers out, police we're notified. And they we're chasing the bus, but keeping distance. Since the high-jackers told the police that if they would come
too close, they would blow up the bus.

The police held distance, meanwhile. A accident happened involving a 1978 Bruckell Moonhawk and a 1965 Gavril Bluebuck, causing the road to be closed. And so causing a traffic jam to
form, the bus was going fast. The bus driver told the high-jackers he needed to go off here in order to go to utah, but he told that it would take 30 minutes more.
The High-jackers told the bus driver to go faster and go past the traffic jam, and so. The bus driver did, but he put on the cruise control. And tackled one of the high-jackers, then
jumped out of the moving bus. The bus slammed into the traffic jam.

The bus proceeded to slam into the road closing signs and police cars blocking the road, then it slammed into the crashed Bruckell Moonhawk. Before coming to a stop in the back of a
1992 Gavril D-series D45 Diesel Rollback Upfit, mulitple cars caught on fire. And exploded on impact, including the high-jacked bus.

The aftermath:

The families of the dead people were informed.

In a police report was found that all of high-jackers we're known by the police, they we're involved in a bank robbery in 1986 and a murder of a person in 1989 involving the person
to be tortued and eventually shot.

The police are concluded that the high-jackers we're gonna make their group more powerful in Utah, as they had found a plane hangar full of criminal stuff. Like guns, drugs. And more,
all the stuff is involved with the high-jackers.

Police ended the report in 1994.

Case: Head-on collision due to distracted driving, August 20th 2021.

Description: A truck driver (39) from Belasco Metal Recycling.co is picking up scrap cars to later be sheddered. At the same time, a dad (41) and his 4 year old son did some shopping and were headed back home. The dad picked up his phone and gave it to his son, enough time to get of course and hit the truck.

Injuries: The dad had minor injuries due to the side airbag not functioning. Both he and his son were trapped, that caused his son to pass out. He was taken to the hospital. The truck driver was shocked.

Vehicles: 2009 Gavril Vertex, 1994 Gavril T-Series and some scrap cars.

Location: The road between the redwood forest and Route 54, Belasco, California, USA

Aftermath: The car had some damage, also some bodywork damage around the engine area. The car was therefore declared a total-loss. The truck had some damage, and another truck was needed to complete the journey. The dad was guilty of causing this accident. He spend 2 nights in jail, but he was released after 36 hours. The scrap cars were shreddered between the 21th and the 23th of August.

Case: rally accident, August 15th 2021.

Description: a car taking part in the Italian round of the Word Rally Championship crashed after taking a corner too fast.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 2021 Cherrier Vivace rally car.

Location: just outside Lucera, Italy.

Aftermath: the car was repaired in time for the next stage, and Cherrier managed to place third in the championship despite the setbacks the crash caused.

Case: Side impact due to speeding, 24th July 2016

Description: Four friends, 2 not wearing a seatbelt, were speeding home. At the same time, a elderly couple went home after visiting some friends. The teens car hit the other car with about 70 km/h.

Injuries: All occupants of the speeding car were taken to hospital with serious injuries. They all were released within 3 months. The driver of the hitted car, 72, can't walk ever again. The passenger was unharmed.

Cars: 1985 ETK A Cabrio, 2012 Hirochi Sunburst.

Location: Fastello, Italy

Aftermath: The driver was charged to 5 years in prison, but he was released just 2½ years later. The teens who didn't wore a seatbelt were all fined. Both cars were total-loss.

Case: Truck too high

Description: A truck driver was delivering a full trailer of tasti-cola.He turned on a road with a bridge.What he didnt know is the bridge was to low for his truck.His trailer hit the bridge the exact same time someone was crossing it.4 cars hit the trailer and bridge.The bridge was in a C shape after the crash.

Injuries: Thankfuly nobody was suriously injured.

Vehicles involved: 1987 Gavril T-Series, 2020 Cherrier Tograc, 2015 ETK 800,1984 Gavril D-Series,1999 Gavril Grand Marshal,2017 ETK 1300

Location: ECUSA

Aftermath: All the cars were totaled.The bridge was completely torn down and rebuilt.The truck driver had to pay 300k to the city and a extra 130k for the cars.

Case: head-on collision, August 25th 2021.

Description: a couple leaving their holiday accommodation and heading home drove too fast along a narrow road, and saw an oncoming car too late to react.

Injuries: both were killed. The driver of the other car, a more modern coupe, suffered spinal damage and a broken leg but did recover.

Vehicles involved: 1988 ETK A1600 convertible, 2017 ETK Kc4.

Location: Italy.

Aftermath: the K-Series was recovered and repaired, though it was sold not long later as the driver could no longer use it and his girlfriend preferred her Roth. The classic cabriolet had recently been restored, but was no good now- it was sold for spares and some of the surviving bits helped another A-Series get back on the road.

Case: Head-on collision due to speeding, leaving scene with another vehicle, another head-on collision, 8 July 2015

Description: Two teens were racing their tuned cars. They took a back road and raced. At the same time, a businessman drove from home to the airport. He has a lot of time, so he takes it slowly. Also, a family from Brno, Czech Republic, just arrived to Italy and drove to the camping. The teen that was in the lead tried to overtake the family, and when he overtake, the businessman came. The teen slammed into the caravan and the businessman. When the other teen arrived, the teen stepped in and fleed, only to crash into a patrolling Polizia Locale.

Injuries: The teen who caused the crash had minor injuries. The family had a minor whiplash.

Cars: 2010 Hirochi Sunburst, 1999 Ibishu Pessima, Caravan, 1985 ETK I, 1991 Ibishu 200BX, 2009 Hirochi Sunburst.

Location: Countryroad, 1 kilometer from Conca Azzurra, 1 kilometer from Castello, Italy

Aftermath: The teens were arrested and the must go 3 days in jail, but they only spend 1 night in there. The family stopped their vacation and returned back to the Czech Republic. Both the ETK and the caravan were totalled. The ETK and 200BX weren't insured and both crushed into blocks. The businessman missed his flight and his car was repaired, same for the Pessima. The Sunburst still drives around today, the Pessima is exported to Morocco and his faith is still unknown.

Head-on crash caused by an emergency response, 11th august 2002 (17:15 P.M.)

Cars involved:
Ibishu Covet DX 1.5, ETK W-Series 2.0 Diesel polizei undercover

Location:
ECUSA, United States of America

Description:
Agent Hans Krueger, was responding to police call aboput a robbery in a gas station of nearest city. During the trip, Front Left tire blown up and car lost control

Injuries:
Both drivers died on the crash, and passenger of Covet survived, but after accident suffered of amnesia

Victims:
Hans Krueger (48 years old), Janice & Stephanie Schiff (Twins, 25 years old)

Crash Description: On September 10, 2021, an out-of-service 1992 Wentward DT40L was on its way to a mechanic to have its "regular" maintenance performed when, suddenly, its brakes stopped working. The bus was approaching a red light while going down a hill, gaining speed, without brakes. The driver honked the horn to warn the cars up ahead, but it was too late, and the bus plowed into three cars (a red 1987 Bruckell LeGran Wagon Sport S V6, a white 2012 Hirochi Sunburst Sport 2.0, and a blue 1990 Ibishu Pessima Wagon 2.0 LX) at around 55 mph (89 km/h). The cars slid into other objects and into themselves while going down the hill.

Injuries: The driver of the LeGran died on the way to the hospital, and the bus driver sustained a concussion from slamming his head on the steering wheel during the initial impact. The driver of the Pessima got checked by a doctor after sustaining minor bruises and moderate whiplash, and was released. The Sunburst driver walked away with minor whiplash.

Cars Used: A dark gray 1992 Wentward DT40L, a red 1987 Bruckell LeGran Wagon Sport S V6, a white 2012 Hirochi Sunburst Sport 2.0, and a blue 1990 Ibishu Pessima Wagon 2.0 LX.

Aftermath: Both the LeGran and the Pessima were totaled, so they were sent to a scrapyard to have the rest of their functional parts salvaged. The Sunburst, surprisingly, wasn't totaled, so it is in the process of being repaired. While the bus was being repaired in order to return it back to service, the maintenance manager at Metro (the bus company), who was the person driving the bus at the time of the accident, was arrested for embezzlement and involuntary vehicular manslaughter after it came out that he took the money that Metro gave him to repair the fleet and used most of it on himself. He can be sentenced to nine years in prison if found guilty. The family of the LeGran driver are also suing him for emotional distress and punitive damages.

Case: pileup, September 19th 2021.

Description: an inattentive truck driver swerved at the last second to avoid hitting a broken-down car, smashing into two oncoming cars- a third, in trying to avoid also getting involved, careered into the oncoming lane and got collected by another truck. Two more cars came very close to also getting hit.

Injuries: the first truck driver broke several ribs and had concussion, as he had not been wearing a seatbelt at the time. The driver of the first car he hit, an ETK wagon, suffered a broken neck and spinal damage. The passenger in the third car, an old Ibishu, had a broken arm and both she and the driver suffered lots of cuts and bruises from shattered glass.

Vehicles involved: 1999 Roth Alpha (broken down), 2015 MAN TGS 6x4, 2016 ETK 854td, 2021 Cherrier Vivace 160, 2004 Ibishu Pessima LX, 2014 MAN TGS box truck, 2020 Cherrier Vivace (near miss)

Location: Germany, near the ETK Driver Experience Centre.

Aftermath: the ETK and the Pessima were totalled. Just four minutes after the crash happened, a breakdown van came to the Roth- though the fault turned out to be minor and was fixed in minutes, they stayed around to help the ambulance crews, police and fire service (the ETK needed cutting open to get its driver out and the Pessima's door was jammed and needed cutting off). Everyone involved made a full recovery, though the trucker was returned to his native France upon recovery and once there he faced dangerous driving charges, losing his licence for a year.

Case: Multi-car pileup due to rock-slide and poor visibility at night due to unusually thick fog.

Date and Time: September 28th, 2021 | 12:28 AM

Location: Great Canyon Valley, Utah, United States of America

Description: On September 28th, 2021, just after midnight, Joe was driving to an AJ Auto Repairs station to fix both his 2021 Cherrier Emmouse E's headlights and fog lights, which had extinguished that evening after meeting with a group of friends. Joe was a cocky young man, to say the least, and decided to not call a tow truck to take his car to the repair station, shying away the issue as a "minor setback." Unfortunately, he didn't see a fresh batch of rocks in the middle of the road, and by the time he saw them and slammed on the brakes he was racing at 90 km/h (55 mph), about to meet what would be his car's maker. Less than a minute later, Hans' 2021 ETK 800 would follow suit, slamming into the rocks as well. Four minutes later, Katherine and her 2021 Hirochi SBR4 would also slam into the rocks, coming from the opposite direction instead. Luckily, her right headlight was still working and she set it to high-beams to alert any other drivers about the rocks. Calvin, who was much more cautious than the prior three victims, saw Katherine's headlights and pulled over, turning on his high-beams as well and calling the local park rangers and emergency services. His 2021 ETK K-Series was the only car not damaged by the crash.

Injuries: Joe suffered a concussion and fractures to his spine and left arm. Hans had a few broken ribs and a minor skull fracture. Katherine had a sprained leg and a hairline fracture in her right arm. Calvin was unscathed.

Aftermath: Joe was fined for reckless driving due to the fact that he was knowingly driving with his headlights and fog-lights off due to malfunctions, but no other charges were brought upon him. Calvin was praised by his friends and family from the victims and started a GoFundMe page to raise money so the victims could buy news cars since they were all totalled. Utah State Police and the park rangers blocked off the affected road until the rocks were cleared.

Case: Wrong pedal, 16th July 2008, 07:35:02

Description: An 18 y/o boy is on it's way to his Voitalia flight to Rome. While parking, he hit multilpe cars before leaving the scene. The accident was discovered 4 hours later, but then the boy is already on it's flight.

Injuries: None

Cars: 1989 Fait One, 1988 ETK W

Location: Parking, Airport Miglia, Italy.

Aftermath: None of the vehicles were written-off, but the Fait was stolen and it wasn't insured, so the Fait was exported to Libya, where it is parted out and crushed. The driver was arrested in Rome, and sentenced to 2 years in jail due to vehicle theft, not driving insured, not paying parking tickets and leaving an accident scene. He only sat 1½ years in jail.

Case: showing off causes crash, October 5th 2021.

Description: a wealthy foreign student from Abu Dhabi, studying in Italy, had been gifted a car by his parents to use while there. While showing off to his friends, he lost control and hit a parked car, but only stopped long enough for one of his passengers to capture video and photos of the incident before driving off. He was reported by the owner of the parked car and caught an hour or so later.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 2020 Hirochi SBR4, 2020 Cherrier Vivace 270S.

Location: Portiglie, Italian Isles.

Aftermath: the student was arrested, and charged with failing to stop. His parents paid the fines and replaced the car but they could not stop him getting expelled from university.

Case: Wrong lane September 23rd 2019

Description :Two friends drove in a heavily tuned Gavril Grand Marshel at around 200kph on a highway in Australia.
The driver of the car did not pay attention on wich lane she drove, when she reallised her mistak it was already to late.
The car hit the concret barrier and slid on top of it until the car hit a streetlamp and came to a sudden stop, with debries flying up to 110 meter on the road down below.

Injuries :An excuvator had to be called to suport the car so that the driver and passenger could be safely rescued out of the car.
The driver and passenger were heavely injured but survid the crash and were able to go home 1month later

Aftermath :The car was totalled and was send to the junkyard the damage done to the road was estimated to be around 50k$.
The damage of the car was around 21k$
The driver was sentenced to one month of prison and had to pay for the damage done.
