I made this video to show that BeamNG graphics can look much better if you tinker with the world editor for just a few minutes. And there is absolutely no reason why the BeamNG devs can't do the same. Pretty please with sugar on top, fix your bloody graphics, devs!

I will probably package this all up into a mod sometime in the future, but I'm still working on it. I just wanted to demonstrate how nice BeamNG can look, if you put your mind to it. Of course, it depends on what style you are going for, I personally went for a very blue, cool and unsaturated look, trying to be on par with games like Forza etc.

    Tell me what you think!

Well I always tend to drive cars uncaperble of anything above 110, so I've never experienced this lmao. I should explain that this whole thing is kinda unstable, so issues are very common.

What are the setting you changed, and what values did you change them to?

I did show it on the video, maybe the 1990s resolution doesn't help much. The important thing is to play around and find your own approach to it. I can send a screenshot of the exact settings if you like.

Its not actually that saturated at all, I think what you are referring to is the brightness, which is, down to personal preference, a bit over the top. But other than that, I haven't changed saturation at all actually.

You don't actually have to download it. When you're inside a map in BeamNG, press F11 to open the world editor. Then in the scene tree (window on the left), search for "sunsky". Click on it and on the inspector window to the right, you can edit the sunscale, ground albedo, lighting, etc.
