    Can someone please explain to me how each of the suspension tuning options mean and what they do? Greatly appreciated.

    Here are some links to YouTube videos that explain stuff pretty well. It's based on Project Cars 2, but the same principles apply.

    Read multiple suspension tuning guides online, whatever apply in real life also apply in beamng drive. Also, it's important to cultivate a proper driving style so you know how you want your car to handle before fiddling with the suspension.
