Outdated Brutto Grander Discussion

Might wanna add a small cover or something on this rear wiper, looks a bit wierd that there's no wiper motor housing

it's literally just the hopper with a new grill and a truck variant... what's with all the hype?

 

well.....it has tons of unique configs. is in most ways better then the hopper. looks like a jerp and has a derby config. in all seriousness it is in some ways better then the hopper and it just looks awesome

I actually thought about it, but, as for me, it will be more convenient for the user to choose a new car than to search for the desired configuration in Hopper for a long time.
I'll try to make Brutto Grander more varied, more different from Hopper.

 

is it just me or does the car slowly drift left when driving it?

 

i do think the toe angle is a bit off, as, in my lap on Spa, (video should be above), i had to steer a bit to the right to keep going straight

 

so for a experiment as of the new update for this mod i went to the abominable to put a long frame on it just to see how it would look/drive. problems are the doors on the left explode open and the rear wheels dont go to the rear axles. idk if this happens to the rest as i havnt tried it yet

 

Yes, I know about it. This is one of the biggest issues with this update. Therefore, I'm going to redo the frame and body rather globally. Unfortunately, the next update will be released in at least a week due to some circumstances.

 

4 door update with the truck hard top was a good addition. Is there a way i can force it to accept the offroad frames for the hopper ?

I've a suggestion for the long frame body of the Grander, who has the same issue than Hopper "unlimited" and "no limit": A way too long wheelbase.
I'ts a bit weird in my opinion. (specially with all variants who have small wheels)
The read door frame could be shortened at the bottom to slot the rear wheel in it, instead of a straight door frame with the wheel casing behind.
I think this will break the "limo effect"

I'ts feel more "Natural" to me.

 

So, some textures are broken for the long frame and short frame. Sorry if I can't explain this better because I'm not used to talking on forums that much.
