This is more of a suggestion for a new modification you can do to vehicles, but whatever.

How about some Underglow/Neon for the cars in this game? The way I can think this will work is to use the same lighting system used for the headlights, just placed under the cars by the front and rear bumpers and side skirts, made color-able with the use of LED lights and a color wheel, or just having it tied to the primary or secondary color of the car.

For those who don't know what Underglow is, and can't guess it by the name, here are some visual aids I got off of Google Images:

Well I know @iRetr0x made a colorable LED headlights mod so underglow shouldn’t be that hard of an addition to the game.

- Add parking lights(I know there is a mod for this)
- Add working fuel caps
- Add opening glove box
- Add More steering wheels
- Add more carplus hubcaps
- Add adjustable seats
- Add Better AI
- Add MO Power!(Ignore this one)
- Add foldable mirrors
- Add wind up and own windows
- Add more maps(duh)
- Add more cars(duh)
