There's no need for a tutorial, it's explained in the main post and it's only 2 steps.

win 11 is only 64 bit afaik

 

when i launch the game its just white and crashes

If it works without mods, then there is a conflicting mod. Try reactivating them one by one until you find the one causing the problem.

 

did the same thing. no mods just the 3.0 version of reshade from main post. no Shift F2 no graphic change
