How can i get high FPS?

    I have an Intel Celeron CPU 2.16GHz, 4 GB DDR3 Ram, Intel integrated graphics and HDD storage
    I wouldn't mind anything between 20-40 Fps as I am getting 13 Fps on the gridmap and 4 Fps on anything with a lot of trees and houses on the lowest settings so I wonder how can I get higher Fps

    4gb ram, a decade old cpu and a defaulty gpu. Be happy that you can even run the game without it frying your pc lol. Other than that, disable literally every graphic related shit and turn it to the lowest setting. Disable mods
