Imo you can't compare the Herbie mod to any other one, it's like a separate category. The whole mod is built around the personality feature, hence it doesn't have the things that other mods have because they wouldn't work well with it, such as good crash physics (it needs a different approach to beams to detect the amount of recieved damage better, also seems to have a high-poly model on purpose), many factory configs (since Herbie is the focus of the mod so all the others would only clutter the selector), even working lights (not sure why but there must be a reason). It's not like a normal mod and imo it shouldn't be compared like that. Honestly it would be cool if someone made a Beetle mod that isn't focused around Herbie. That car has a ton of potential, would have many parts and a lot of customization, and could have several baja versions.
