That looks correct, but it looks like there are a lot of faces intersecting each other ? I'd suggest to delete all the faces and to refill the squares one by one.
(Also what does your signature mean)

Alright I'll do that. My signature is a quote from Jeremy Clarkson on Top Gear as he hears Hammond arriving in a Subaru lol

Haha, no I don't discriminate :D Also, I deleted all the faces and added them back one by one but the shadows are still there...

Looks like there are duplicate edges, the black lines that shows up in object mode. But on my pc there are no weird shading issues, try rebooting your pc or something ?

I looked at it again today and the shadows are still here... I'm just going to continue modelling other parts and I'll deal with this later on. Thanks for the help though!

(Also do you know which order is the best in modelling like what should I do first?)

Actually, I might start a thread for this project, as this is only one for the shading issue. Thank you everyone for the help!

Do in the order you want, it's not really important and depends on you. I usually start with the headlights but you could start with the roof, the hood, the front bumper...

How can I open up a car from BeamNG in Blender for reference? I read in a reddit post that it's the .DAE file but that doens't seem to open.

You can just import the .DAE file into blender by going on File --> Import --> Collada

I see you've still got n-gons; you can easily find them by going in "select", "select by trait", "number of vertices", and set the number to 4 and "more than".

Right click and press 'merge vertices > by distance' and then shade smooth
As the person above said, you have ngons which are a nono for modelling cars
