GPU is not responding #887a0005

GPU: RTX 3060 Ti
Driver: 471.41 non DCH
have overclocking via msi afterburner, turned it off but it affects nothing
game crashes randomly in period of 1-15 minutes, cleared cache, verified game files via support tools/steam
problem still exist in safe mode

Make sure your GPU drivers are up to date.
If they are, please install them again.
Get rid of the overclock after you update/reinstall the update and try again

In the Nvidia installer choose 'Custom Installation' and then tick the 'clean install' box when reinstalling

 

Clean reinstalled drivers like 5 times, tried latest and older versions, with or without overclock

 

How new is your GPU? Did you overclock it a bit too much? If the game does not work/run without the overclock then its probably the fact that you overclocked it a bit too hard and now your gpu is dying. otherwise just reinstall the driver, update the driver, shut down/restart and shut down your device and try again.
Also, tell me if your device is a PC or laptop and drop some more specs so I can find out the issue

 

got this pc around 2 weeks ago, all benchmarks are okay even after overclocking (ran gpu furmark for an hour)
CPU ryzen 5 5600x
Motherboard asrock x570 steel legend
GPU rtx 3060 ti (some palit cheap model, warms up not even above 74 degrees)
RAM 16 gb 2 sticks hyperx fury XMP 3600 CL17 (runs at 3600 18-19-19-36 CR1)
other components dont mean much i think
everything is new, good temperatures, all system is stable except BeamNG

 

Is your game official? try reinstalling the game

 

Steam latest version, verified game files, i'll try reinstalling then

 

Yup, do that and run the game with your overclock turned off
Also, what was the last time you could run your game without this happening? Was it before a specific driver update or smth?

actually i forgot to mention, first time when i did a deep cache clear it didnt crash for an hour, now it wont help

 

Hmm, like I said, reinstall the game and keep me updated on what happens
If it still crashes, revert the last GPU update and try

If you had an older gpu installed previously it might be worth running DDU and then re-installing the latest driver https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Also, do you still get crashes if you run the game in vulkan mode? (BeamNG.Drive Launcher -> Support Tools -> Vulkan mode)

 

im using DDU to reinstall drivers all the time
in Vulcan the game just gets stuck on one frame after ~5 mins of playing and spams Failed to submit to transfer queue [ErrorDeviceLost] in logs

 

If any of recomendations above didn't help you, I think you need to throw your GPU in the trash

 

Its an rtx + he said that its only 2 weeks old, it's prolly some bug lmao

finally reinstalled it, launched random map and it crashed after 2 mins
idk maybe ill just wait for a driver update to fix this
