Looking for a map

Hey all,

I'm looking for a specific map that I recall playing on a little bit ago. From what I can recall - which isn't much - it was a map with two islands connected by a decently sized bridge. One island had a small town, and the other island had a forest type area. The map didn't come with the game, it was a mod. Any input on this is welcome. Thanks!

I noticed this map while searching for the one I asked about, and while it does look somewhat similar, no, this isn't the one.

 

I forgot to mention this in the original post, but the mod was able to be found on the respository in-game.

Once again, a very similar map, but not the quite correct one if I can recall, unless this is a newer version of the one I'm looking for. If it helps narrow down the search any, I can recall the town area used Firwood/East Coast USA building assets.
