AI Not Driving

My AI isn’t driving. I select traffic, and they don’t drive, I select chase me, and they don’t drive. Help?

 

Tab thru the AI and see if you can control them

Also check if AI cars have all the parts to drive (fuel tanks, engines, driveshafts, gearboxes, etc.) Sometimes cars spawn with stupid deletions in parts like that.

Did you press the ">" button in the traffic ui app? (near the "■" button)

 

yes.

 

or the map you are using does not support ai. the gps has white lines which are roads that the ais can drive on.

 

I think West Coast USA supports AI

no clue it always happens to me too

 

I don't know what's causing it then, the AI works for me flawless

 

I think it might be because my transmission is automatically set to manual. I'll update this thread when I switch to automatic.

Update: even with gearboxes set to arcade, the cars still do not drive.

Ok so I forgot to post here fr a while, but re-installing the game fixed the problem lol.

 

You didn't have to re-install. Verifying the files would've been quicker.
