    I'm not sure if its a conflicting mod or not but the lightbar says "alt"

    That "alt!" actually is Italian. It's used as an imperative, mostly for law language regarding traffic, in police language, customs and such things. Just means "Stop!". As far as I know it's not commonly used in everyday's language, but it fits the Italian police car :)

    Why does it matter? The Sunburst is Japanese and has American police skins, so this can be French and have Italian ones.

    Yeah, but the Polizia livery is an Italian livery, most likely to suit the Italy map, so the light bar should say Italian things too :)
    I actually live in Italy and for example the Carabinieri have many non-Italian cars like Jeep Renegades, Renault Clios and such. The city/town specific polices even have less Italian cars and use mostly German manufactor cars like VW Caddy, Skoda Octavia, Opel Astra etc...
