Can someone make a detailed airport?

I am thinking of a large terminal, with highly detailed signs. also, few exits's to the runway.

Also add a parking garage and airport hotel

I'd rather get more airplane mods, is it so difficult to do though? I have no programming skills but I wanna try doing it myself one day.
