There was another conversation about this issue somewhere. In the BeamNG Support Tools, Verify the Integrity of Files. Also, in Steam, right-click BeamNG, select properties, click on LOCAL FILES and then select "Verify Integrity of Game files...." (Verifying the files in Steam worked for me)
Part Three of my 0.23 searching for imperfections! 1) On the Pigeon and Wigeon, there's a slight sound issue with the Driver camera. More specifically, when you ''turn your head'' right for seeing outside of the car, the filtered sound of the interior is still present in two ways (one way for each of the cars): Pigeon - When ''turning your head'' outside, the interior sound is still present up until the point you ''turn your head'' enough (like 150 degrees, at least I think of it as that much, I most certainly am wrong on the number) so that the game thinks you're outside of the car and then it changes to the exterior sound. Wigeon - When ''turning your head'' outside, both the filtered interior sound and the exterior sound seem to alternate one after another in a weird sequence. 2) On the LeGran, the SE V6 Wagon (Facelift) has the non-locking Torque Converter 3-Speed Automatic coupled to the 3.8 V6, while normally, the SE V6 variants may have the 3.8 V6 but it's coupled with the Locking Torque Converter 4-Speed Automatic.
Uh, I don't know where to verify the game files through Steam, yet, I know how to through the launcher, any help?
I did explain how to check this in Steam. " ....in Steam, right-click BeamNG, select properties, click on LOCAL FILES and then select "Verify Integrity of Game files...." Here are some screenshots, if that helps:
Hey guys, anyone know what might be causing the AI mode app to not display all the cars spawned within a map? Please see below video for more on what I'm talking about. Tried to set up a police chase earlier but couldn't get the subject vehicle to run away from a police car as the latter wouldn't show up in the list of vehicles within the app. --- Post updated --- This is incredibly frustrating because although I appreciate all the work that goes into updating the game and improving the graphics and whatnot, it still is truly mind boggling how everything else gets left behind and broken.
After updating to 0.23.2, both modded and vanilla/default scenarios don't let you start them at all. At first I thought it was an issue with a specific mod, then modded scenarios, only to find out it's an issue with all scenarios. Even after verifying file integrity from Steam (18 failed to validate), the issue still occurs - both with Vanilla and modded. Scenarios still load, but only show up with "{{ txt | translate }}" and no UI shown at all. This issue did not occur during both 0.23 and 0.23.1.
Bug? When turning off PostFx the screen goes colorful de luxe, doenst come back when turning PostFx on again Also, since a few updates Bloom hasnt been working, assume you are well aware Also, why arent you using the ACES tonemap referenced in tonemap.h?
Hey! In the old editor I used a smooth camera and it was really smooth, and in the new editor the smooth camera became more twitchy and not smooth as before. Perhaps you need to find some other settings besides these, or not?
Forgot to mention it in 0.22. On ECUSA crossroad near highway spawn next to the city. There are two T intersection signs. I think there should be one on the centre like everywhere else. New signs (used on ECUSA, Utah, Hirochi Raceway) are very nice but there are few problems. 1. Reflections don't look right. Light make them just white. It would work fine if black symbols wouldn't reflect that much (if any) light. For comparison - old signs that were created a little bit different. 2. Direction signs (north, south etc) on low settings will vanish very close to camera.
