Where Is Script AI?

I have a problem where I cannot seem to find Script AI in F11 at all because I do not see a "TOOLS" selection available. Also, after I exit F11, all of my UI's and menus to select, configure, and do other things on the selections bar on the left side of the screen are completely gone. I am new to World Editor so I might sound stupid, but why can I not seem to find it?

 

Every tab below "Scene Tree" does not show up, including the gameplay, and then the Script AI Manager.

 

I dont really know but my guess would be that he is in the safemode editor.

 

YeetMan said that I am in safemode editor. Is that causing the restricted tools?

 

My game itself is not in safe mode, but the editor says that it is in safe mode.

 

You can activate it using a different command I have done it before because my main editor was broken but I did a clean install and that is fixed now.

Try just pressing F11 if that still launches the safemode editor then go to your settings and check your editor controls and see what your F11 key is set to. If this doesn't fix the problem then I don't know.

 

When I press F11, nothing happens. I have to open the World Editor by ctrl+F11 and that launches me into the “save mode” version. I’ll check the settings though.

 

Okay so I do not know why but my default World Editor is Safe Mode which feels restricted to what everyone else has. How do I get out of that and into the default World Editor?

I would suggest changing your controls so it launches the normal editor if none of that works I would suggest a clean install. But you should probably wait for Nade encase he has a better solution.

 

I have done that and for some reason regular F11 will not open even when I set the bindings correctly.

 

Then my guess would be that its broken I have had the exact problem as you are having. Only solution I found was doing a clean install of the game that fixed it immediately.

 

Clean install? Like I have to reinstall the game or just clear my cache?

 

Like uninstall the game then go into folders and get rid of whatever is left except the folder in your steam library.

 

That is kinda crazy that you have to do that just to get rid of a safe mode World Editor. There should’ve been an easier way to do such. :/
