Jungle Rock Island missplaced guardrails

In most paved road on the Island there are small portions of guardrail. Specifically the outwards curved part that starts a segment. These apear on the side of the road every couple 50ish meters or so, all over the map. These can be seen on the left part of the screenshots. I didn't list any place particurally because they are all over the place

 

These small sections of guardrails are supposed to be there. I have seen them before. they are just little "broken" guardrails. (I think.)

 

This is clearly a bug. It was not like this before the update. From what I can tell all the non-end sections of the guardrails just disappeared.

 

I was driving my tow truck and crashed in one of these. I saw at least 5 misplaced guardrails
