0.23 Discussion thread

Are the levels themselves updated to PBR, or just the vehicles and props? There's not anything in the release notes that says the levels themselves have been updated.
I also see the Soliad Wendover is the only vehicle to get the full PBR treatment. Will more be added in hotfixes or the next fall update?

No they are not, after what i heard.

 

updates good just one thing i noticed thats broken. on the crawler hopper the 4 wheel drive doesnt work. i lock the hubs, diffs, and make sure about 5 times its in 4 wheel drive but the front wheels dont spin. the drive shaft does but thing else. i even checked to make sure i did have a diff in the front axle.

 

After disabling post fx system, this happens:

 

engine block texture doesn't line up on Wendover, specifically the V8

now the nasty bug report..
i have noticed a bug when playing with the first person mode.
when i have multiple cars, it would sometimes get confused when im entering a car, and would get me in a car all the way across the map, which is really not the car i tried to get in.

texture and leaf springs are broken but other than that i have not found anything ell's wrong with the game

 

I'm noticing that traffic, when loading into East Coast, for instance, is doing the thing where they don't respond to anything. They won't stop at lights and their area sensory is messed up (not stopping when something is in front of them/when in a major accident). The Bruckell LeGran, specifically the Sport V8 version, has a blinker issue. You hit the hazards, and instead of clicking, it just stays on like a headlight.

Beautiful update, just some things that I noticed. Hope everyone is enjoying the rest of the update like I am! If anyone wants some more examples, I'll post some. If it gets fixed and you come across this, then please reply.

 

Burnside has some texture or UV issues on the front and rear seats

 

I haven't tried Vulkan yet but but launching with the default mode I notice that my fps keeps going up and down from like 20 to 45 in less than a second and keeps going like that

 

BeamMP breaks the game and a black screen with a message about failed connection in red pops up in the corner with the "pause" symbol and the "loading" symbol appearing.

 

The denoising is weird on ultra lighting. It makes it look like there’s a dirty film on top of everything.

The new tire textures are awesome! What a pleasant surprise. They used to be dull & dark. Thanks for listening to my suggestion.

 

When I modify my car the customization menu automatically closes and I have to open it backup every time. Is anybody else getting this issue?
