what in the hell happened to my game

I updated the game. booted it up, and when i loaded in the game lagged for a sec, then was fine, but heres the thing, NONE OF THE UI APPS SHOWED UP and I couldnt drive any car, no engine sound too, turning was fine and everything other than driving was working but the UI apps are broken. I diabled all my mods and still, its broken, wtf

In Steam, verify integrity of game files, several users have had this and for several that has fixed the issue.

Perhaps Steam is not transferring all the files properly or AV is interfering, but hopefully that fixes it for you.

 

Happened to me too, try to delete the meo's LSX mod and some other mods you have, it fixed it for me
also clean cache
