WBNG News Break River county: RDOT officials chose to permanently shut down a portion of highway 60 this evening after extreme buckling of the road surface. Several vehicles were damaged and two were actually catapulted into the air by the severe bumps in the road. Minor injuries were reported. Officials are unsure on when the road will be reopened. Detours are already set up to avoid the area. This is a developing story
