You did it well, but could you please restore the sounds completely to the way they sounded in the old version? I don't force you to update but it would be nice.
Nobody has the old sound files (unless you have them?) so there is no source we could take the old sounds from.
But these are probably the same sounds as in the old version but they sound different (you wrote it to me yourself) so restoring the old sounds will be possible just by making a new script. I think so.
I said that's a possibility, but it's also possible that they got changed at some point. Also the current ones sound like the real vehicle compared to the videos
I will confirm right away that the sounds are exactly the same and sound as they should be. Belaz sounds today (not duplicated) also has realistic engine sounds but not realistic for an electric motor. If I'm not mistaken, that's the engine that Belaz has.
It has 2 electric motors and additionally 2 normal engines that are used to power generators that the electric motors take the energy from. Irl all of them are active at the same time but the electric motors are really quiet while the Diesel ones are really loud and overall it sounds about the same as in the mod.
Judging from your conversation with the sounds of the Belaz engine, is it okay? Probably it would not be if Panswi did not fix them, but I know such types of sounds well and they should sound different. Therefore, it makes a lot of sense to restore the old sounds.
I suspect that the sounds in the old version were created differently and with time the sounds sounded different. It's all to be a script that doesn't match the latest version. The sounds started to duplicate and it was worth fixing the legendary mod. Though the biggest problem lately has been broken Belaz textures.
This is probably the last update I am making for Belaz and his sounds. First of all, the sounds no longer overlap and are not as loud as before. It wasn't really that hard to do at all. While browsing s.beam, I noticed that the "maxpitch" was set very high and that is why the sounds were so harsh and terrible. Sounds like old Belaz after this update. You can download the updated version in the first message.
If I understand correctly, you have brought Belaz's sounds back to the way they were in the old version, right?
